Produsen mobil saat ini telah menyediakan teknologi ADAS yang terintegrasi dalam berbagai desain, tingkat otomatisasi, dan kategori harga. Namun belum diketahui apakah teknologi ADAS dapat mempengaruhi perilaku terkait risiko dan keselamatan mengemudi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah penggunaan ADAS dapat mempengaruhi niat perilaku mengemudi (driving behavior intention) dan perilaku mengemudi (driving behavior) pengguna kendaraan terhadap teknologi ADAS, serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara driving behavior dengan risk perception dan perception of driving task. Penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan model UTAUT dan TPB menjadi kombinasi UTAUT TPB (C UTAUT-TPB) dengan mempertimbangkan faktor trust serta pengukuran perilaku mengemudi (driving behavior) yang didasarkan pada Driver Behaviour Questionnaire. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja (performance expectancy), upaya dan harapan (effort expectancy), kondisi yang memfasilitasi (facilitating condition), kepercayaan (trust), sikap terhadap perilaku (attitude toward the behavior) dan persepsi kontrol perilaku (perceived behavioral control) pengguna kendaraan terhadap teknologi ADAS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku mengemudi. Selain itu, terdapat dua moderator, yaitu pengalaman (experience) dan jenis kelamin (gender) pengemudi yang diposisikan untuk memoderasi dampak dari empat konstruk utama teori UTAUT, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku mengemudi.
