Kajian Pengaruh Perubahan Tutupan Lahan terhadap Koefisien Limpasan dengan Menggunakan Metode Rasional dan Metode Cook di Kota Makassar

INTISARI

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perubahan tutupan lahan terhadap koefisien limpasan permukaan di Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan Metode Rasional dan Metode Cook berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Data tutupan lahan tahun 2014 dan 2024 dihimpun dengan metode klasifikasi berbasis citra Landsat serta data RTRW Kota Makassar Tahun 2024, serta digunakan untuk memprediksi kondisi tahun 2034 melalui model CA-Markov yang telah divalidasi dengan nilai
Kappa sebesar 0,9493. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada lahan terbangun, seperti perumahan, jalan, dan perkantoran, serta penurunan pada lahan vegetasi, pertanian, dan lahan terbuka. Perubahan ini berdampak pada peningkatan koefisien limpasan berdasarkan Metode Rasional dari 0,591 pada tahun 2024 menjadi 0,631 pada tahun 2034.
Sebaliknya, Metode Cook menunjukkan nilai yang relatif stabil dengan sedikit penurunan dari 0,539 menjadi 0,538. Perbedaan hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Metode Rasional lebih sensitif terhadap perubahan tutupan lahan akibat urbanisasi, sedangkan Metode Cook lebih dipengaruhi oleh parameter fisiografis wilayah. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan metode sangat penting dalam analisis hidrologi untuk mendukung perencanaan sistem drainase perkotaan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.
