Model kontrak EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) dengan skema pembayaran turnkey menawarkan sistem pengelolaan proyek konstruksi secara menyeluruh, di mana kontraktor bertanggung jawab penuh atas seluruh tahapan pelaksanaan proyek mulai dari perancangan, pengadaan, pelaksanaan konstruksi, hingga penyerahan hasil akhir dalam kondisi siap operasi. Pendekatan ini dinilai efisien dalam mempercepat penyelesaian proyek dibandingkan metode konvensional, namun tingkat kompleksitas yang tinggi menimbulkan berbagai tantangan yang memerlukan penanganan risiko secara strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko utama yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pada proyek EPC Turnkey, yang kemudian diklasifikasikan menjadi risk event (kejadian risiko) dan risk agent (sumber risiko). Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui studi literatur yang mendalam serta validasi terhadap hasil identifikasi risiko melalui wawancara dengan enam orang pakar di bidang konstruksi EPC-Turnkey. Para pakar tersebut merupakan personel pada tingkat manajerial yang memiliki pengalaman langsung dalam proyek EPC-Turnkey, seperti Project Manager, Site Manager, Team Leader, hingga Project Director. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan 22 kejadian risiko dan 28 sumber risiko yang memiliki potensi untuk memengaruhi kinerja dan keberhasilan proyek. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam upaya mitigasi risiko pada proyek dengan skema EPC-Turnkey, terutama dalam merumuskan strategi antisipatif terhadap potensi keterlambatan yang mungkin terjadi.
