Industri konstruksi memiliki kompleksitas tinggi dalam pengelolaan supply chain akibat keterlibatan multi pihak, dinamika proyek, serta ketergantungan pada waktu, biaya, dan sumber daya. Implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menjadi solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan integrasi dan efisiensi Supply Chain Management (SCM), khususnya pada BUMN konstruksi. Namun, penelitian terkait validasi faktor implementasi ERP berbasis expert pada konteks ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi implikasi implementasi ERP terhadap SCM dengan fokus pada kondisi eksisting, manfaat utama, tantangan, dan strategi optimalisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur lima tahun terakhir dengan rentang waktu tahun 2020 sampai 2025 dan wawancara terhadap tujuh expert, dengan analisis degree of agreement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ERP berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan percepatan lead time, transparansi dan visibilitas data, serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Tantangan utama meliputi kompleksitas sistem, kesiapan SDM, biaya implementasi, resistensi pengguna, integrasi sistem lama, keterbatasan tenaga ahli IT/ERP dan masalah keamanan data. Selain itu, ditemukan tantangan emergent seperti delay sinkronisasi data, analytics maturity, konflik KPI lintas fungsi dan standarisasi master data antar entitas. Secara keseluruhan, ERP menjadi fondasi penting dalam transformasi digital SCM, dengan keberhasilan implementasi yang bergantung pada
kesiapan teknologi, kualitas data, dan kapabilitas organisasi.
