Analisis Diskriptif Eksplorasi Loyalitas Pengguna Transjogja dalam Perspektif Masa Depan di Masa Setelah Pandemi

INTISARI

Transportasi umum memiliki peran vital dalam kemajuan dan operasional transportasi suatu negara, khususnya di daerah perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi loyalitas pengguna Bus Trans Jogja dalam perspektif masa depan setelah pandemi COVID-19. Dengan fokus pada faktor faktor seperti tarif, layanan, dan kondisi armada, survei melibatkan 112 responden yang menggunakan metode stratified random sampling di seluruh rute Trans Jogja. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas pengguna angkutan umum cenderung memilih Bus Trans Jogja, terutama jika tarifnya bersaing dan tingkat pelayanannya tetap baik. Ketidak mampuan memiliki mobil atau motor menjadi faktor utama dalam keputusan ini, menunjukkan pentingnya kebijakan pengembangan angkutan umum. Bus Trans Jogja tetap menjadi opsi yang signifikan bagi mereka tanpa kendaraan pribadi. Meskipun ada variasi pandangan terkait tarif ojek online, responden cenderung memilih transportasi umum yang lebih ekonomis.
